Eligibility and Account Registration

When you request a tote withdrawal, funds are returned only to the original payment method used for the tote deposit, and withdrawals are free of charge on our side. Our minimum withdrawal amount is 10 GBP or 10 EUR, and the maximum is 20,000 GBP or 20,000 EUR per transaction. We generally release funds at the close of business on the working day the request is made, though additional security checks may delay this process. Clearance times depend on your card issuer or payment provider, typically taking 3-5 working days for card transactions or the same day for online payment services.

Win Limits and Substantial Wins

We apply certain limits to protect the integrity of our platform. The maximum winnings we pay per customer in any 24-hour period, calculated from the time a bet is struck, is 250,000 GBP or 250,000 EUR, with lower limits applying to some markets and bet types. For most of our casino games, the maximum win in any one day is 100,000 GBP or 100,000 EUR, excluding progressive jackpots or games where different limits are advertised. Any single win exceeding 2,500 GBP or 2,500 EUR, or aggregate wins over that amount within a 12-hour period, will be reviewed and confirmed by us before being credited to your account.
